THE THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

  • Any claim arising directly or indirectly from any medical conditions which existed before you took out this policy will not be covered unless you have declared them to us.
  • We won’t cover any claim resulting from you being drunk or intoxicated (we don’t expect you not to drink whilst on holiday, but if you drink enough that your behaviour and reactions are affected, we will not cover you).
  • If you travel to places where the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office have advised against all (or all but essential) travel, then we won’t cover you being there, with the exception of European Single trip policies, when the FCDO advice is solely in relation to Coronavirus.
